Cuando buscábamos un nombre para nuestra empresa, queríamos algo sólido, memorable y significativo. Queríamos un nombre que captara realmente la esencia de lo que somos y lo que representamos. Hércules encabezó inmediatamente nuestra lista por su asociación con la fuerza. Sin embargo, más allá de su capacidad física, también se consagró como defensor del hombre común: alguien fuerte y capaz que quería ayudar a los demás. Aquí, en Hercules Workforce Solutions, encarnamos esas mismas características cada día. Cómo empezó Hércules.
Before staffing, the founders of Hercules were business owners who depended on seasonal employees. They routinely experienced the frustration of workers who lacked commitment, even to the point of not showing up. They also felt pain of continuously training new people and saw how turn-over hurt productivity. Experiencing firsthand the need for a better, longer-term staffing alternative was the genesis for Hercules Workforce Solutions. Say good-bye revolving door staffing and hello to something better.
