Why Hercules?
Because the name fits.
When we were looking to name our company, we wanted something solid, memorable and meaningful. We wanted a name that truly captured the essence of who we are and what we stand for. Hercules instantly topped our list because of his association with strength. Beyond his physical ability, however, he also dedicated himself as a champion of the common man – someone strong and able who wanted to help others. Here at Hercules Workforce Solutions, we embody those same characteristics every day. We have the means and the drive to help our associates gain meaningful employment while helping our businesses partners achieve their productivity goals.
How Hercules started.
Before staffing, the founders of Hercules were business owners who depended on seasonal employees. They routinely experienced the frustration of workers who lacked commitment, even to the point of not showing up. They also felt pain of continuously training new people and saw how turn-over hurt productivity. Experiencing firsthand the need for a better, longer-term staffing alternative was the genesis for Hercules Workforce Solutions. Say good-bye revolving door staffing and hello to something better.
